Whistleblower channel
This channel lets you report conduct that may breach our Code of Ethics, our internal policies or the law. Every report is handled confidentially.
It covers reports under Law 20.393 (criminal liability of legal entities) and Law 21.643 (Karin Law, workplace and sexual harassment).

How we handle your data
The data you provide is used solely to investigate the reported facts and is processed under Law 21.719 on the protection of personal data. Access is restricted to the compliance team, which is bound by strict confidentiality. If you report anonymously we do not collect any data identifying you.
Sentrica does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith.
For Karin Law reports the applicable deadlines are: 3 working days to refer the report to the Labour Directorate where appropriate, and 30 working days to conclude the investigation.
